NaBloPoMo

I've been meaning to post something about NaBloPoMo ever since the end of November, but other posts have gotten in the way! And before even more inspiration gets in the way, I thought that I had better say something about how I thought it went for me.

As an experiment it was interesting, particularly as I never used to be good about blogging every day. Perhaps you could still say that I am not good about posting every day because not every post in November is worthy of the title of Post. Nevertheless I did indeed manage to post something every day and it did force me to think about what I could say rather that just saying to myself "nothing to say today, not worth even thinking about posting", which was good for me to have to do.

Sometimes there are days when nothing comes to mind or when you're too busy/tired/lazy to write anything, but as the little button on the left my blog says - I blog without obligation and I think that that is an important point to make because if I had to blog every day then it would very quickly become a chore and most likely reduce my inspiration further!

I enjoy blogging, so while I may not write something every day, I will continue to write while I enjoy it. Still, at least I can say that I "won" NaBloPoMo!!
